• Managing complex web application projects, website projects both Custom/CMS and mobile application (Hybrid) projects from initial planning till final deployments on Production Server.• Have extensive experience with SaaS product development lifecycle including Cloud Hosting and CI/CD.• Responsible for the implementation of new tools and techniques to fasten the Project Management process flow. Motivates the team and introduces new tools for project management.• Holds a unique Design and Management sense and responsible for the pre-sales meeting as a Technical representative of the company.

•Manage sales team and ensure company’s sales through freelance portals.•Client communication and technical queries handling over Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and Fiverr.•Responsible for the completion, QA, and deployment of the project.•Creating sprints and assigning tasks to the production team on Jira.•Helping the production team with technicalities over development, strategy making, reporting, QA, Brainstorming ideas, and more.•Responsible for creating SRS documents, ERD, Workflows, Project Closing Documents, Agreements, Team KPI’s, etc.•Managing projects of Custom Web applications, CMS-based websites, Native and Hybrid Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and 2D Animations. •Responsible for Testing and Deployment of any new Tool/Software in both Sales and Production departments.

• Develop business for the company through leads development and closing.• Mostly working on the leads for ERP system.• Bridging between clients and the development team to ensure a smooth transition of a project.• Handle both internal and external meetings align through Tele Sales.• Handle negotiations with client.• Provide support to Tele Sales in meetings and proposals.• Responsible for smooth transition of Sales and Marketing.• Provide initial training to Trainees.• Coordinate with Project Manager to discuss about sales strategies, Project deadlines, Team performance and assist them as a coordinator.

• Doing tele sales to close the leads.• Make proposal for the customers.• Understand their requirement and proposed a system accordingly.• Provide aftersales service to the client.• Requirement elaboration to client and developers.

• Filter News headlines from all across Pakistan using MS Excel.• Clear fake, repetitive and mistakenly entered News.• Coordinate with other departments for finalizing the News tickers.• Deals in different kinds of supporting works in an office.
