 facilitation and organization of capacity building program to CBOs and assist the Area Coordinator in preparations for the various training / meeting events Undertaking management, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project work conducting filed visits to project areas compiles fields and annual implementation reports. Carryout monitoring system to measure progress / out put in community issues. Identifying project gaps and developing new project Ideas for new proposals that goes with the organization strategies.  Support existing activities and help developing new community based organizations, build their capacities and under take training of beneficiaries in relevant skills.  Conduct assessment on community activities and needs for villages within the program area and make recommendations for actions as well as developing and design ToRs for special capacity building needs and facilitate the implementation of training. Developing small businesses for targeted beneficiaries and facilitate their access to business and micro- finance development cervices. Facilitate the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in coordination with existing program staff, comprehensive community programs. To facilitate the development of resource tools for community mobilization. and Undertaking information gathering through community structures for measuring impacts of the program

 Supervise Al Manar Filed Coordinators and compiles fields and annual implementation reports Assist Executive Director in proposal writing and Act as Executive Director , attending meetings in case of executive Director’s absence and covering for the absence of field coordinators and other officers. Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and supervise part-time, full-time, volunteer and secretarial staff  Responsible from formation of CBOs in Al Manar targeted areas, provide them with skill building their capacities in management issues and assisting there registration with HAC. Participate in organization and facilitation of training courses in health, legal aid and protection sessions, small scale enterprise management in IDPs camps around Khartoum and facilitate training in management and protection issues. Fully responsible of formation of Green Hope CBO in Mayo IDPs, and established network for them with NGOs, INGOs and other CBOs assist them in fund raising and report writing.  Responsible of formation of rehabilitation program for women released from the prison who were in charge of alcohol and integrated them in Al Manar CBOs Member of UNICEF monthly nutrition coordination meeting and directly dealing with donors and compile donor reports. Participate with UNHCR and other UN Agencies in participatory assessment in IDPs camps around Greater Khartoum (February 2007). Participate in eradication of flood crises in mayo IDPs camp 2007 with UNJLC, Care, SODO and CVHW.

 Provide information’s about cafa’s history, current geographical and thematic coverage, reputation, networks…etc. and support different activities. Monitor and report on communications activities related to the association. Work in close with donors and communications teams to share Public relation opportunities, good practice and ensure quality of work represented by cafa Identify and develop new and interesting opportunities for raising fund. Attend meetings and ensure good representation for cafa and building relations with different agencies working in the same field of work and parteners.  Provide Public relation advice and guidance to others in order that public relation is integrated into and supports other activities.
