In the Lowe-Krentz lab, I work with Dr. Linda Lowe-Krentz and her team in researching transmembrane protein TMEM184A in bovine endothelial cells. I am tasked with biochemical laboratory techniques including Cell Transfection, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and statistical and visual analysis using Rstudio platform.
