-Certified organic vegetable farm specializing in no-till, no-spray veggie production. -Responsibilities include overseeing daily production tasks, sales, harvests, customer relationships, and P&L-Responsible for hiring and cultivating a positive working environment with a strong team culture – the farm achieved 100 percent employee retention in 2022-Worked to increase farm revenue by over 60 percent in three years -Created and maintained farm website-Astarte was the first commercial grower in the Connecticut River Valley to become 100 percent no-till, and continues to be on the cutting edge of what it means to be a sustainable grower.
