allsynx is a new company that split off from MGM Benefits Group. In this position I continued my work in coordinating a Knowledge Base, using WordPress, assisting in continued learning and knowledge management. A video library was established consisting of internal and external training video including marketing. I cultivated release materials to educate stakeholders on updates to the system & company releases.With the new company creation I developed marketing materials, with Adobe Creative Suite, in response to COVID-19 for distribution to potential clients. I contributed to numerous social media campaigns, most notably the ‘Learning More’ campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic providing resources for viewers transitioning to distant learning.

I give tours to prospective residents, created and signed leases. I work the front desk in the office, answering phones and helping current residents.

I was employed to work in their radio and TV station in the hospital. Along with playing songs and making announcements over the radio, I created a weekly show to air on the network and ran video and audio for the daily morning show.

I was in responsible for a writing, shooting and editing a news story for the weekly newscast. I also produced newscasts by stacking the show, writing teases, and overseeing the work being done.
