Biostatistician in the Outcomes Research and Assessment Group. Lead statistician for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons Congenital Heart Surgery Database and one of the senior statisticians on the STS Adult Cardiac Surgery Database and STS General Thoracic Database. Responsible for writing statistical analysis plans, creating analytic datasets and performing statistical analyses, preparing manuscripts and providing statistical consultations to fellows and faculty. Consult with the data management teams on statistical concerns. Also responsible for training and mentorship of several newly graduated biostatisticians.

Responsible for the statistical data management of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons Adult Cardiac Surgery Database, which included creating analysis datasets and maintaining data dictionary for derived variables, maintaining and running programs for quarterly quality feedback and custom reports, and serving as an intermediary between the statistical and data management teams. Also supported statisticians on analytic projects.

Teaching assistant and grader in the mathematics department. Courses included: Algebra, Topics in Modern Mathematics, Precalculus, Calculus, Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. Responsibilities included grading of weekly homework assignments and one-on-one tutoring in the drop-in help center.
