Café supervisor for non-profit Social Enterprise coffee shop, The Hive Café, a sustainability project. providing personalised customer care and customised coffee delights. Focused on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and beverage quality. Train all new employees on the essential elements of coffee shop work, including customer service, machine operation, and safety guidelines. Assisted with food when needed. Acts as the face of the coffee shop, ensuring high-quality service from all employees. Creative for in-house design including branding, interior and exterior layout and presentation, and crockery selections. Assistant managed a full café renovation and rebrand in August 2018. Run various afterhours events for café described above, including cocktail evenings, wine tastings, Spoken word and Open Mic nights, as well as social enterprise evenings with local businesses in the area.
