Responsible for the in-house management and optimisation of PPC activity for both the Cottages and Hoseasons businesses. Working with 8-figure annual budgets and managing a team of three, responsible for the day to day management of PPC spend in-line with weekly and monthly targets across more than 20 brands.

Responsible for the management of traffic generation to damart.co.uk, principally Email Marketing and Social Media. Carried out a review of PPC keyword performance from previous seasons to identify opportunities to improve performance in the coming season. Implemented and ran a testing program to optimise email marketing performance. Worked with an agency to manage social media and brought part of the content production in-house to bring cost efficiencies for the business. Involved in User Acceptance Testing ahead of launch of new web platform and website.

Specifically responsible for the management of the affiliate program in addition to working alongside the Online Marketing Manager in the day to day management and continual optimisation of all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Aggregators, Display and Social Media.

Responsible for the marketing activities of the myJet2 customer loyalty scheme designed to drive incremental bookings and increase member engagement. These include briefing scheduled and adhoc email campaigns, editorial involvement in the production of Where2, the quarterly members magazine with a circulation of 180k and delivered the first piece of myJet2 focussed DM. Also contributed to non-marketing activities such as forecasting, reporting, fraud monitoring and testing of IT developments to the myJet2 website and I.T. infrastructure.

Responsible for optimising the performance of a portfolio of routes in order to maximise airline revenue. Achieved by analysing sales, monitoring competitor activity and other key external factors such as sporting events or industrial action in order to adapt pricing policy in a timely manner.

Responsible for providing market information and insight relating to market prices, competitor activity, market size and segmentation, on both a scheduled and adhoc basis. Also gained experience in events management through delivering a number of different projects.
