I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in product development, failure analysis, and test apparatus construction. I have successfully launched additions to Leviton Network Solution’s patch-panel and cable management portfolio. I also support the production line via responding to problem reports, failure analysis and implementing design or process revisions. My job includes fun side-projects such as conceptualization and production of mechanical solutions for test fixturing, component assembly and quality assurance procedures, (usually these involve 3D printers.) I have successfully worn multiple hats (although not pictured in my profile picture!) in a variety of small design or sustaining engineering teams. During my college career I designed and fabricated the ram-air parachutes and custom composite pieces for WSU's rocket entry to the Spaceport America Cup, and obtained research experience by working in cryogenics and mathematical modeling labs. In my spare time, I rebuild and reupholster old furniture, and help out with my family's custom shoe-making business.
