I'm Amelia Goe, a food and beverage professional working in the food non-profit space to better support growing food-based entrepreneurs and food access programs across the state of Arizona. I studied journalism, public relations and digital innovation in one of the top journalism programs in the nation at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. As a Barrett, the Honors College student, I received both my master's and bachelor's degrees in journalism and mass communication in May 2015. After college, I dove deeper into the culinary industry. I attended the Arizona Culinary Institute where I learned restaurant management, culinary arts, meat fabrication and patisserie. I graduated in June of 2016. In the culinary world, I've worked in Paris, Italy & Arizona. I'm skilled in culinary arts, patisserie, recipe development and I've also aided in cooking courses/culinary competitions and events. I've worked for restaurant groups managing multiple restaurants, working on opening teams and understand how to best bring food-based products and services to target consumers. In addition to supporting food-based entrepreneurs through incubator kitchen programs, I'm also passionate about urban agriculture, regenerative farming, low-intervention wine and winemaking. My career aspirations are always to merge my love and experience for storytelling and culinary arts.
