As the Secretary of the National Honor Society (NHS), I played a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to recognize and promote academic excellence, community service, leadership, and character among high school students. In this position, I honed my organizational, communication, and leadership skills while contributing to the success of our chapter's initiatives. By collaborating with the school and community, we helped raise $4800 that helped provide iPads for first and second grade students; donated 250+ items to the local food pantry; and held three Red Cross blood drives that brought in 300 people from nearby cities and states.

As a Foreign Exchange Student in Croatia, I had the unique opportunity to immerse myself in Croatian culture, language, and education system. During my stay, I gained valuable insights into cross-cultural communication, adaptability, and independence. I honed my language skills and expanded my worldview, fostering personal growth and global awareness.
