Began at LBG on the Higher Apprenticeship scheme- one of over 3,000 applicants.I acquired my PMQ from APMP and a level 4 diploma in Project Management.During my time on the apprenticeship, I managed a regulatory workstream within Insurance and Wealth, managed the remediation of a series of pension letters to become gender neutral, organised a variety of development days for the project community and was awarded Insurance Change Trainee of the Year.I supported in both business analysis and PMO functions in regulatory communication projects, to gain a broad understanding of change management.Managed a workstream within the Same Sex and Gender Neutral Project remediating a series of letters, websites and systems to better reflect LBG values.

Health Care Assistant qualification gained through NursePlus.Community work in Stroud, working with a variety of patients, mainly elderly, and time spent at the Neurological Rehab Centre in Gloucester.Assisting patients to undergo every day activities (eating, bathing, taking medication etc.), following an agreed care plan. Ensuring correct and accurate recording of information to provide oversight of care given.Communication was crucial to the role, however a passion to enable others to live as they pleased and intense compassion allowed me to exceed in my role and relish opportunities to develop relationships with clients.
