I am an Operational Optimization Strategist in the healthcare space with a background in project management, process improvement, and learning & development. My true passion is making the healthcare experience a more efficient process and improving the lives of both patients and healthcare professionals. I am so grateful to have built a career that capitalizes on my strengths while allowing me to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. I have a unique combination of skills that allow me to identify high-impact opportunities for change through data analysis, as well as building the relationships and buy-in from the people who will need to implement those changes. This skillset has been incredibly valuable in my continued success and a change advocate. When I have a bit of spare time, I enjoy swing dancing, and contributing to my local LGBTQ youth programs.
