Leading the Project Controls, Contract administration, and Document Control teams in a group of Projects that Qatargas is executing. The scope starts at the Inception of the Projects, Initiation, Feasibiulity, FEED, till Execution and Hand Over.

Coordinate the disciplines and Project aspects that this position required. I was to handle the engineering, construction and sometimes commercial and PR interfaces of the Project with its boundaries (Other Operators, Shareholders, Land owener, QP/Ras Laffan Industrial City, and entities considered as stakeholders).

I handled all phases and aspects of Projects implementation; like preparation of scope of work for tender, bid evaluation, engineering (all phases from FEED to detailed design and construction engineering), project risk assessment, contracts coordination, project management, scheduling, construction, project monitoring and control, project closure.
