Serve as a strategic single point of contact for clients.Assist in defining client needs and ensure background screening program consistently meets client’s needs. Consult with clients on best practices, recent legislation changes that may affect their screening program, as well as recommendations to improve their screening program with Accurate Background. Assist clients in identifying solutions that will allow them to better manage their hiring processes using Accurate Background’s current solutions or offering customization services to suit their specific needs. Support clients through contractual amendments or renewals.Monitor product performance, account trends and volume. Manage escalated customer service issues as they arise, and monitor relative success or needed improvements of products and solutions. Conduct bi-annual and/or annual business reviews with clients.Focus on ensuring long-term client loyalty by indentifying client needs and developing existing programs into full solutions. Develop and maintain relationship with high-level members of client organizations.
