This is something I have always wanted to do - solving business problems with data and projecting them in the form of interactive visuals.I have done my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Indore, a small city in the heartland of India. Got a chance to work with an Angel Investing firm in the starting of my career and have been forever grateful for the opportunity. This experience widened my gaze towards multiple aspects of businesses and helped me with figuring out what I want to do in my career and what I don't.I moved to Bangalore to work with Tracxn which was again a super experience working closely with VCs, PE Funds, Corporates, Media houses. Got a chance to create impactful reports that would eventually aid in investment decisions. I started out working as an Analyst at Tracxn and grew within the org to be promoted as AVP of the department. Along the way, I gathered experience in everything the team's scope allowed me to do and more. This was an entreprenurial experience with some great mentoring and guidance from the top.The next leap I took while working for Mphasis with one of their clients in Financial Services space. This stint made me understand how larger companies operate and what kind of data and reporting they are looking at. Being a smaller cog in the humongous wheel helped me focus on a single module and provided me the ownership of my spoke which was a thrilling experience. I worked here understanding the Data Governance principles, creating reporting dashboards for financial data, and worked closely with US based client which was a great learning.

At Mphasis, I had an opportunity to work with world’s largest Financial Asset Management Company, BlackRock. I was part of the Data Governance team where we owned the entire Data Infrastructure.I worked with multiple stakeholders to create an Audit Framework to track Data Quality, create BRD, FRD and Analysis Reports.I was also responsible for creating end-to-end interactive Dashboards to track the migration progress from Excel Data Catalogs to Data Hub using Tableau, Power BI and Snowflake SQL. In addition to the above tasks, I was also handling the knowledge transfer of the Data Governance framework for other Business units within BlackRock.
