Supporting people to succeed in their lives in the ways that are important to them and helping them see what those are. When you get clear on who you are and how you want to show up, you can fully come alive in your life, aligned in purpose and action. So how do we get there? It can seem like a big question. I know. I was on the other side of it not very long ago, feeling like a hamster on the proverbial wheel. While, thankfully, there wasn't anything truly awful to complain about, I was out of touch with myself; my inner light had gone dim. I struggled not so much with work-life balance but with me-life balance, unable to integrate a personally fulfilling existence into the mix of work and family.Have you noticed the impact of taking care of so many things without paying attention to taking care of yourself? Maybe it's exhaustion, irritability, apathy, burn-out or a combination. Can you see what it is for you? Is there something about how you're showing up in life that has you feeling cranky? You've learned tools to observe and move beyond unhelpful patterns and you can overcome obstacles with more ease. And now imagine that you're bringing this version of yourself to all the other areas of your life. How might you show up when you're nurtured and when you're clear and focused on what holds meaning for you? What might become possible for you and for those around you?  When we achieve balance between the many things we care about and our own well-being, we can bring our full, luminous selves to all parts of our lives.
