As the lead coaching practitioner at Junto Coaching, I coach executives, entrepreneurs, young adults, and individuals with over 99% client-reported success in achieving their coaching goals and “feeling better.” Junto coaching merges wellness fundamentals and evidence-based coaching to help clients recognizing and processing underlying beliefs that drive behavior and affect results. This whole person coaching is an inside-out, trauma-informed approach.

As Chief Coaching Officer at ShadowLight Global, I worked with a passionate global team to facilitate the creation and accreditation of the CLEAR Change™ Coach training program, a Level 1 and Level 2 coach training program with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, I oversaw the design and pilot of a coaching skills program for mid-level leaders, coordinated the onboarding and assessment of program coaches, made budgetary recommendations, and supported a cross-functional team to deliver a high-touch coaching experience.

As a board member, I supported impactful initiatives through strategic oversight and commitment to best practices in the sector. My role included evaluating grant proposals, fiduciary duties, and providing guidance to ensure our philanthropic goals were met effectively.

I co-created and led the ongoing development of a wellness coaching app, which surpassed 15,000 downloads and is now translated into German.

I co-created an emotional wellness training used by international wellness advocates. I worked with a dynamic group of women to conduct multiple in-person & global virtual workshops on emotional wellness as well as supported the training of thousands through our social media page.
