I am a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach. I have been working within Occupational Health and Mental Health services (EAP) for 7+ years. During this time I have completed Occupational Health assessments and recommendations, Mental Health assessments and triage, along with providing low level CBT intervention sessions. I also work as a Team Leader in our Careline (EAP - Psychological Services) team to coach and develop individuals to support them with their own wellbeing and delivery of our services. I am passionate about empowering individuals achieve optimal health and wellness within their personal lives and in the workplace by achieving their fullest potential and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. This is by working with clients to identy their values, goals, strengths and developing actionable straties to support them achieving this. This can also help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and develop healthy habits and routines that support their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.I am currently undertaking a part-time Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
