First line communication advocate.Assist with facility and employer related events.Track employee incentive and training records.Maintain the Affirmative Action Log.Establish employment verifications and report terminations to Attorney General.Conduct all background checks.Arrange all interviews and physicals for prospective employees.Create new employee folders and termination folders.Handle all routine correspondence, such as employment verifications, reference checks, and general HR calls.Log all new employees into the OESC website.Process all employee address changes.Prepare New Hire Packets and complete a portion of the orientation for all new employees.Assist employees as needed with questions/concerns.Assist with various HR initiatives and events.Setup of new hire badge system.Process point correction forms.Process expense reports, administers petty cash, and additional invoicing.Additional duties as may be requested from time to time.
