Workforce Solutions East Texas is a community partnership providing no-cost recruitment and employment services to businesses and job seekers in the East Texas area. We work to connect and align the efforts of the regional workforce system and to leverage and invest community resources in the development of human capital. Through collaboration and strategic partnerships, we’re leading the way in the development of a world-class workforce that gives East Texas a competitive edge in the global economy. Our programs serve veterans, local youth, individuals with disabilities, and adults. Workforce Solutions East Texas also provides subsidized childcare assistance to eligible low- to moderate-income families in the region and heavily invests in increasing the quality of care and school readiness preparedness of children in the care of our system providers.
