Provide CRM, loyalty, real estate, financial, and other ad hoc analysis solutions for each brand. Typical projects include leveraging CRM data for targeted mailings and creating prospect lists, synthesizing customer segmentation and demographics, and assembling disparate data sets. I aim to constantly update my skill set to ever-evoloving data types and availability.

Analyzed raw data and sales trends for merchants, executives and stores. Collaborated with various audiences including corporate and operational levels. Analyses varied and included: GIGs, guideline reporting, production tools for value added items, gross and mix analysis, private brand analysis (launch, new packaging, etc.), sell throughs, shrink analysis, creation/maintenance of ordering tools and pull files, measuring ROI of events such as cooking demos and sampling events, contest scoring, and item and reset reviews. Gained quality assurance responsibilities. Provided monthly item level electronic inventory accounting adjustments. Created new methodology to assess the success of new product launches and equipment. During implementation of a new BI platform, I assisted in ensuring data integrity in the new databases. Acted as a liaison between Merchandising, IT and Business Strategy to complete interdepartmental projects.
