I designed and maintained the FraudPVP website (www.fraudpvp.com), blog and suite of digital proposals, and I wrote and edited copy for company communications across multiple platforms and social media accounts. I designed the FraudPVP logo and associated graphics. I developed and designed templates and onesheets in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for use by our presenters and officers in the field. Additionally, I worked directly with clients, contractors and staff to facilitate communication, complete and file necessary legal documents, and ensure that all information is received and approved as needed. I proofread, edited and otherwise assisted with all written documents created by our CEO. Finally, I handled other miscellaneous tasks as they arise, from creative to financial to clerical and beyond.

I used my writing, editing and design expertise to handle all of the major communications for TopSecretSurfer, an anonymous browsing company. I designed and wrote the company's website, sales funnel and order pages; created a company logo and graphics library; designed graphic advertisements; and wrote ad copy for AdWords and other advertising campaigns. I also spearheaded most of the direct customer communications, assisting our members with questions and concerns regarding their TopSecretSurfer accounts and ensuring that all customer service tickets were handled in a timely manner.

With Demand Media, I wrote high-quality, informative content for their Technology category of content. My work is published on websites like eHow, the Houston Chronicle Small Business webpage, and other respected informational sites.

I wrote and edited ad copy and quality content for our sponsors' blogs and landing communities in order to "spread the word" and grow the sponsors' social capital. I also helped to manage our excellent staff of contributors, maintained consistent branding and messaging, created educational materials and collateral documents for our resellers, conducted educational webinars, set and enforced quality standards in written contributions, created web and print graphics when needed, participated in pitch meetings to potential sponsors, and drafted email communications for a variety of internal and external purposes.

In this role, I was responsible for proofing, branding, designing and publishing (in Adobe InDesign) most of our print materials, from leave-behind cards and flyers to guidebooks and fund raising materials. No materials could be printed without my department's approval, which allowed me to ensure that our messaging and branding were consistent. I did graphic design work with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator when needed. I was also the staff photographer and maintained the photo archive. I contributed to the content of the organization's website, and I served on several cross-functional teams and the Board Branding Committee. I also assisted with events and expos and created slideshows, presentations and materials when needed.
