As Digital lead for Richmond’s NPR and PBS affiliate station:Managed a high six-figure budget and built a team of 12 to develop station digital and social media program and strategy, launched targeted email marketing efforts, paid digital promotion, audience engagement, and creation of original digital content.Developed and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against goals, leveraged data to promote adoption of digital culture and engagement.Collaborated with television, radio, and community engagement leadership on strategic planning.Worked with volunteers to design and execute peer-to-peer fundraiser, while managing internal staff in building digital platforms to support fundraising efforts, resulting in ~ $100K raised over 3 years.Led major website re-design project, creating business case for funding, interviewing stakeholders to identify priorities and negotiating scope and requirements with other station leadership, managing and coordinating efforts of external vendor with internal staff. Completed re-design on time and within budget.Appointed to PBS Digital Media Advisory Council.
