Clients have included Warner Music, Sony Music Korea, the OWN Network, The Uplift Network, PBS, Vice Media, Bravo TV (New Zealand) and FILA.I have over 7 years of experience with the intimate process of a song's life related to tv/film: from receiving a brief, initial production, editing, collecting PRO documentation and registration to final placement/exploitation . I place high value on creating quality music and knowing the business (IP, legal, revenue and negotiation) aspects of creating and placing music to sync for tv/film.I also have a passion for music education and music publishing advocacy. I've facilitated songwriting, music production, and music business workshops in the U.S. and overseas to teach these skills and promote more equitable access to music industry knowledge for children and young adults in undeserved and underrepresented demographics.

- Assisted Director in sourcing community partners to support after-school programming activities including catering, masterclass guests and in-school locations for programming. - Wrote and implemented an updated middle school in-class music curriculum for HP partner school. - Sourced local musical artists, negotiated rates and booked artists for community engagement events for Harmony Project students and families.- Designed & presented new programming extensions for Harmony Project student musicians. - Managed and maintained regulatory and confidentiality standards of internal and external student musician profiles.

- Communicated with script writers and composers to develop song demos within brand framework for publicy-airing children's show. - Coordinated & scheduled travel, payments & recording sessions for voice talent & work for hire musicians; presented & coached vocal talent on character delivery of lyrics.- Created systems for audio file management and identified efficiencies in audio deliverable workflow. - Created FX cues and edited music to video mock-ups using Pro Tools and Logic Pro X.- Compiled and submitted publisher split sheets & cue sheets to performance rights organizations for included original songs. - Coordinated and executed quality checks of all audio assets throughout each production stage. - Served as liaison and managed actionables with all stakeholders; provided seamless workflow on song deliverables and timeline goals.

- Collaborated in a team of four hip hop music ambassadors to exchange the culture of hip hop via workshops, performances and culture exchange events. - Curated curriculum and taught hip hop beat-making workshops to youth students (12 -25 years old) abroad. - Co-organized and designed with Next Level diplomacy team music showcases for all workshop students.- Participated as a guest speaker and panelist at tv & radio appearances, universities and schools to share awareness about the positive impacts of music diplomacy.- Taught beat-making residencies in Bangladesh and Nigeria utilizing hip hop as a tool for conflict resolution.
