• As an architectural designer, collaborated with a 10-member team in developing design alternatives up to Construction Documents (CDs), involving tasks such as modeling and updating the main BIM model in Revit (220 Residential Units in Abshar town).• Provided instructions for General Contractor (GC) Requests for Information (RFI) under the supervision of the project architect. Conducted site visits to oversee change orders for the 220 residential units in Abshar town.• Redesigned and remodeled the BIM for Melli Bank Headquarters using Revit to improve recognition of discrepancies between disciplines related to architectural changes.• Performed feasibility studies and estimations for various projects, including the new buildings for other branches of Melli Bank.
