I am responsible for the following:• Review architectural drawings, addendums, specifications and prepare all the necessary questionnaires to fulfill specification sheets• Review requirements, examine and analyze inbound & outbound tenders from the general contractors• Liaison, negotiate & manage multiple vendor accounts in-regards to services being offered by the company• Prepare estimates of probable costs of material, labor & equipment for glazing projects in the construction industry• Prepare proposal letter for bids & tenders as instructed by the manager• Prepare and document various quantity takeoffs in AutoCAD for associated client projects.• Analyze drawings & specification with regards to the glazing aspect of the projects• Coordinate with the design team through planning, and development of practical technical details, ensuring the timely submission and review of fabrication drawings and materials for approval• Ensure the protection of the company by documenting any/ all key discussions in writing including and not limited to changes in drawings, costing, and all other aspects that may have an impact on the project• Wears multiple hats and adapt to new technologies quickly while taking on new responsibilities as required
