This program, based on the 8 pillars of TPM aims to improve the efficiency of maintenance by implementing continuous improvement actions.Scope of work/Tasks:• TPM diagnostic of the site• Building of autonomous maintenance standards - cleaning, start-up, troubleshooting... in packaging and filling areas with quality, production, and maintenance teams• Organization of a workshop on autonomous maintenance as part of the maintenance transformation program seminar involving five sites of Merial.• Communication on the floor and training of operators on line.• Development of 5S in the maintenance area• Management of weekly maintenance KPIs : publication of KPIs and improvement of data extraction and analysis• Development of equipment requalification procedures post-PM for tanks and vesselsResults:Implementation of a dozen of new procedures and standards.
