Site Engineer UNITED OLEFINS COMPLEX PROJECT-SABIC LINEAR ALPHA OLEFINS PLANT  Assisted the Mechanical department/rectification group, which was mainly closing the gaps remaining after construction. Member of the hydro test coordination group, assisting in the monitoring of work and progress. Responsible for the re-instatement coordination, completion of work (NOC) and systems submittal of turnovers (TON) Project EngineerFOSTER WHEELER – SHARQ SABIC 3RD EXPANSION – UTILITIES AND OFFSITES Served as material manager; my scope of work consisted mainly of materials segregation, matching them with the respective erection drawings for each and every single area in the project; in addition to timely delivery scheduling of materials required on site. I assisted in the preparation of the manpower and equipment schedule for the project. Monitored the erection of 10,000 tons steel pipe racks along with pipes and cable ducts. Monitored the work and progress of different Subcontractors (Scaffolding and Steel Erection) assuring their production is abiding by our construction schedule.  Monitored all structural fabrication works and modifications including all necessary paper works and as built drawings. Responsible for preparation of method statement, lifting plans and risk assessment for each structural activity to be done in addition to the preparation of route impact statements for each structural module to be transferred into their respective areas prior to erection. Hydro test and reinstatement area manager responsible for the test packs preparation all the way to testing, reinstating, flushing, and pre-commissioning. Project EngineerMMG HEAD QUARTERS – DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA Worked in the engineering department performing quantity takeoff for piping and structural works in addition to instating weld maps summaries for isometric drawings.
