• Following up the quality of fabric through entire production process in all stages (online & offline).• Confirming the Final shade & quality of fabrics in all aspects of buyer requirement.• Communicating with merchants and garments team regarding in line fabric quality issues and attend various fabric problems, discuss the solutions with production concerns and make root cause analysis to avoid the problem in future.• Finalize and approve Fabric Processing Sheet containing knitting, Dyeing & Finishing parameters and their process flowchart according to buyer's requirement.• Third Party & In-house testing follow-up to ensure products are tested to buyer standard.• Performing Pre Production meeting with production team to enlighten them all the buyer requirements so they can ensure Quality at Source.• Well known with existing quality requirements of buyer Decathlon, Puma, Tom Tailor, PVH & American Eagle.

• Ensure every batches shade through visual matching and by spectrophotometer• Cross checking of fabric 4-point inspection report and ensuring production according to Technical Specification.• Documentation keeping and report preparation like- problematic delivery, short note analysis, fabric return ratio etc. • Following up trial fabric parameters, production process and their quality, find out possible difficulties throughout the production process and solve them. • Plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for finished fabrics in coordination with production concerns.• Following up running orders for their problems and communicate with dyeing & finishing concerns for any problems found in finished fabric.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with spinning, knitting dyeing, finishing and garments team. • Taking 1st bulk shade and quality approval from merchant and buying office. • Test report follow up and ensuring that every batch is getting tested according to respective Buyer’s requirement.• Follow up running dyeing programs and ensuring accurate parameters are maintained.• Checking fabric quality in online stages and inform production concern to rectify the problem• Generate daily, weekly, monthly floor reports
