Hello connections,I’m Amir, 27 years old. Been in manufacturing industry approximately around 3 year already. Get involve in process improvement, internal improvement project (save cost, etc), new machine commissioning, alias with contractor, monitor target output/downtime/reject rate, participate in Statistical Process Control and also be a coordinator for Spot Kaizen implementation.I’m a good learner, been in manufacturing industry will always make me get involve in various process. In short of time need to cooperate with all the changes to meet output target, decrease downtime percentage and lower defect rate. It hard at first, but when you set a positive mindset, it get enjoyable learning and gain new knowledge.But, no one perfect in all aspect. I’m introvert person that get nervous when talk to strangers/public. To overcome it, I’m slowly get involve with contractor, presenting machine improvement, and etc. In life, we need to keep improving ourself to strive further or you will stay stagnant in your comfort zone.
