- Managing The VIP Categorizes and Cabins bookings. Maintaining a high service level and outstanding customer service. -Liaise with special services department and airports managers following all the special services request and arrangements.- Following with catering and printing and ground staffs for the residence arrangements.- Coordinate and manage delays tasks and Suppliers to safeguard and prevent service failures while upholding premium guest experience. - Maintain the usage of Complimentary Chauffeur & Coach Cost by ensuring daily closure activities are carried, follow-up with the supplier regularly to clarify any discrepancy.- Tracking and validating invoices of clients on daily basis to match correct fare and cost code.

Handle Corporate clients bookings and reservations as well as business travelling for corporate groups.Collect and follow up on service feedback from guests.

- Handle guest relations including loyalty Etihad Airways programs and offers - Implement 'Epiphany', a CRM software package and ensures to meets internal business requirements and conforms to corporate policies.- Handle guests loyalty memberships in order to build loyalty and improve retention as well as increase revenue - Respond to guests inquiries regarding their loyalty memberships and working on upgrading guests to higher membership level- Work closely with third party organizations on mutual guests offers that tie up with the loyalty programs (such as Abu Dhabi commercial bank /Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank/ Etisalat / Damas )

Handle guests reservations and rates enquiries Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments Register arriving guests and assign rooms Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems  Formulate occupancy and marketing reports Handle group guests rates and reservations as well as deal with travel agencies and external booking facilities
