Responsibilities:1. Training courses: Preparation, development and implement all needed training contents for dealers networks ensuring that utilization is in accordance with agreed standards.2. Networks Cotechs and Mechanics: Plan to train with partners, RP network needed Cotechs and Mechanics for dealers3. Cotechs Trainings: Management of all Cotechs technical trainings and monitoring and final evaluation to issue approval certifications to cotechs according RAc rules and standards.4. Cotechs Challenge: Yearly or two yearly assessment of all network cotechs (National Cotechs Challenge) 5. Projects: Production, management and development trainings schedule for new projects6. Cost and Budget: Management of capital expenditure budget and department technical training vehicles7. After sales service supports: development ON JOB TRAINING , preparation technical supports movies, etc• Partners Training Center:8. To Make standardized parents TCs according RAc rules and objectives 9. Facilitating, Equipping, tooling, preparation of needs for partners TCs10. Homologation of partners TCs11. Train and refreshing all trainers• Renault Academy12. Liaison with RAc to ensure that all appropriate central initiatives are implemented within agreed timescales13. Reporting to RAc and Region office monthly trainings performance and activities.14. Being update with RAc and newest training technology and methods15. Follow up all Renault and RAc objectives
