Drilling, directional drilling with Conventional/Motor BHA design with all type of 2D ,3D wells including, Horizontal, Multilateral, all type of side Track, ERD, HPHT, minimum Stress wells, with minimum Tolerance of window, AC wells and geo steering, Nudging, Whip stock setting, milling and retrieving supervision on onshore and offshore• Re-Entry/Work over wells from Whip stock for Casing Exit. • Extensive experience in H2S and total loss environment, blind drilling with water and mud cap.• Supervise Nipple up diverter, function test, Pressure Test diverter, well head, bop stack.• Casing running (24”, 18-5/8” 13-3/8 and 9-5/8”) and cementing job supervision (with stinger and Conventional displacement plugs) and post job analysis.• Running 7” liner with mechanical and hydraulic liner hanger and perform cement job.• Supervise Casing, DV and Shoe Track Pressure test • Cement volume calculation as per client standard.• Supervise wire line logging CBL/VDL/MBT test and free Point locator for back off in case of stuck. • Whip stock orientation with Gyro and milling window. • Drill string Design/BHA (Bottom Hole Assemblies) and down hole dynamics.• Bit selection/Dull Grading Hydraulics with nozzle selection for better direction control and ROP • Understanding of Under-balanced and overbalanced Drilling System• Used best drilling techniques and practices to drill the well within planned time• Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions • Functions to ensure operations plans are fully in sync with operational priorities. • Competency to plan, organize, direct, and control drilling operations• Arrangement of drilling consumables through coordination with material / Logistic section. Inspect all the material received at site and issued inspection reports. • Comprehensive engineering, on site in terms of planning, execution and QA/QC capabilities• As per daily operation, Competency in data capture and clear concise reporting EOWR/lesson learned for improvement on next wells to submit complete documents to office.• Ensure that actual well costs and other pre-defined KPIs are monitored and benchmarked against offset data and pre-defined well objectives.• Closely monitor all incidents of Non-Productive Time (NPT), ensures full and proper reporting of all incidence of NPT• Safety management, safety leadership and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)• Participating HS&E Emergency Response Systems and STOP card system
