Update daily attendance sheet online and maintain check & balance of the employees and coordinate with CEO directly.Accounts Management. Work on Concur software for Accounts. I am responsible for the HR Management team, Policy Implementation, & New Administration hiring. Maintain monthly Payroll, Manage Petty Cash, Daily expenses update, Deal with banks, Issue Purchase orders, Prepare Annual Accounts reports, Supervise to Administration team, Provide Logistics to team on demand, Maintain CEO personal things, Work on annual Prediction & budget of organization, Quarterly inventory of logistics, maintain office Assets Records, Maintain Employees Attendance Record etc.Visa Preparation & Services. Maintain CEO & office employees records and prepare Visa file for USA, Canada, New Zealand & Australia, Sri Lanka for Business Visa etc. Assist students in preparing and organizing the required documentation for visa applications, including financial documents, academic transcripts, FRC/MRC, Visa Application Processing, Bank Statement guideline & proof of funds Documents etc.

Monitored inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitored costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Oversaw facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)▪ Documentation. Documented company’s registration office compliance. Revenue compliance. Memorandum of Understanding with different universities.▪ Recruitment & Training. Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.▪ Administration.
