B_Trust is a non-profit advisory group supporting governmental organisations and civil society in Indonesia to develop and strengthen policies and programs to encourage innovation, participation, and trust in governance. Since the early days of decentralisation in Indonesia, we have now worked together with 140 public sector clients, including city/regency governments, provincial governments, central government agencies/ministries, and public universities. Some of my roles and achievements:- Provided directives for organizational development targets and program designs- Provide support and consultancy to the Ministry of State Empowerment Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform, Ministry of Social, and Ministry of Villages, on the business process improvement of complaint handling related to social assistance programmes (Bansos), supported by UNDP.- Secured a highly-competitive grant from the European Union Delegation by leading the development of new program concept and proposal titled "Improving Collaboration between Local Authorities & Civil Society Organisations in Localising & Achieving the SDGs". The program will target 10 local authorities, 30 local CSOs, and 30 villages in 10 regencies/districts located in 4 provinces from 2020 to 2023.- Delivered a capacity building program "Strengthening the Role, Capacity, and Competencies of Female Local Parliament Members", collaborated with Ministry of Home Affairs and funded by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung

- Support Member in committees and legislative meeting activities- Manage Member's works and responses in assigned issue areas- Support Member in electoral district and constituency-engagement activities- Research and provide advisory on members on legislation, policies, and other issues

- Ran as a political candidate and campaigned full-time in a highly rural and under-developed region on the issues of infrastructure & transportation, access to basic services, education quality, youth job opportunities, environmental protection, and indigenous rights - Recruited and led core campaign team and troops of volunteers while activating youth movement in the region- Deployed various get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operations such as door-to-door, canvassing, phone-banking, and WhatsApp/social media blasts to push voter turn-out- Built and managed relationship with important political actors, influential pubic figures, high ranking officials, and medias in the region- Secured fifth position out of 16 parties for Partai Golkar in the three-member open-list proportional representative (PR) electoral district

- Provide consultancy to the Governance Global Practice to design a civil service reform program in Indonesia- Perform quantitative analysis, background research and stakeholder interviews to identify competency gaps and civil service management patterns crucial for development outcomes. - Liaise with the government counterparts to coordinate on the project.

- Completed a report titled “Innovation and Financial Stability: Looking Backwards and Forward to Assess Fintech’s Disruptive Impact on UK Payments” for RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) Review team.- Conducted in-depth research, consisting of industry interviews and case studies analysis, on how FinTech innovations in payment affect the financial stability.- Provided recommendations and on how the bank can enhance RTGS and encourage innovations in payment systems.

- Prepared analytical note on policy evaluation mechanism for Economic and Monetary Policy Department.- Provided weekly report summarizing political conditions in Europe to the central bank’s head quarter.- Conducted research and assessment for possible central bank benchmarking for improving cash circulation efficiency.

- Provided assistance and created guidelines on how to establish E-Procurement Unit and Complain Handling Systems.- Closed grant contract for “Technical Assistance and Mentoring Services for the Institutional Establishment of Permanent Procurement Service Units” program in 79 local governments & institutions.- Monitored & tracked program to improve one-stop service business licensing systems in 9 local governments.

- Managed business partners for all Server Solutions product transactions- Conducted IBM Server Solutions certification training for business partners- Approached and influenced dormant business partners to start selling IBM Server Solutions products- Ensured fulfillment and compliance in business partner transactions for IBM Server Solutions products

- Responsible for developing and selling IBM hardware solutions to clients (specializing in server solutions offering) - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan and manage the pipelines in a defined territory to achieve target revenue, profit, and competitive goals- Identify brand specific opportunities in enterprise growth accounts and process to closure- Understand, assess and determine IT infrastructure solution to answer clients' needs using a consultative approach- Implement knowledge and skill on a specific brand/product solution to design a specific solution that address client's business requirement and integrates the brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.- Maintain relationships with executives and influencers in clients IT and business organization.- Leading sales engagement in conjuction with business partners
