Tadamon is the brainchild of three cofounders: Samih Toukan and Hussam Khoury from Jabbar.com (Maktoob and Souq) and Amir Shihadeh. Imagine helping those in need with a click from their smartphone. People helping people. Tadamon is the first of its kind, official crowdfunding platform for verified charity cases in Jordan. All cases go through a rigorous verification process to ensure its credibility and validity - as well as urgency of need. Tadamon provides various types of support, such as health aid (surgeries, medication, medical equipment), education, nutrition, housing, and more. With Tadamon, 100% of the donor's donation goes to the beneficiary - as Tadamon covers all operational expenses. Moreover, the beneficiary doesn't receive the money; rather Tadamon directly pays the end vendor (hospital, pharmacy, doctor, school, university, etc).

YARA is an acronym which stands for the Youth Association for Reality and Awareness, and was officially registered as a not-for-profit organization in Jordan in 2010. We aim at making tangible changes in our communities through awareness campaigns in areas that are usually untapped, overlooked, or undiscovered. Our campaigns focus on the youth (aged 12-34 years young) and are conducted via two medium: field projects and awareness videos. Over the years, YARA has conducted dozens of campaigns on various matters: from securing education for out of school children, preserving the environment, empowering both youth and women, holding interfaith & inter-religious dialogues, and establishing sustainable projects. YARA tackles social issues with fresh thinking to produce solutions that are innovative, scalable, and collaborative. Our goal is to engage citizens in creating a world where everyone has the chance to live up to his or her potential. We aim at being virtually present in every country of the world, so that global citizens can contribute to their local community.

However, it is united by a common desire to channel the members’ tremendous energy and enthusiasm into building a more peaceful and inclusive world.Amir has served on the Election Committee, Alumni Committee, and Fundraising Task-force, as well as being a member of the Advisory Council on Hub Engagement.

I performed internal and external audits for the company, which covered cash integrity issues and the employee's readiness, knowledge, and interaction with the client. I would inspect and evaluate the 13 branches in the Kingdom; searching for ways of enhancement. Training of employees on continuous improvement and professionalism would be carried out in an informal manner. I experienced involvement in all departments from H.R., Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Chapter One Pre-School consists of both a nursery and a pre-school. The nursery caters to the constant needs of babies aged 4 months to 2 years old. The pre-school educates children aged 2 – 4 years old; from alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors, tracing, singing, sports, and verbal skills (everything is taught in both the Arabic and English languages).
