Established and managed the team. Assigned, scheduled and supervised the projects' engineers. The team grew from 5 full-time engineers to 16 full time and 16 contractors in peak times. Led a verification team. Established methodology of design verification and created verification processes. Playing an integral role in successfully defining Secure Digital IO (SDIO) protocol. Designed IO controller model (behavior model to verify SDIO protocol). Managed verification and architected test-bench, Including Firmware for simulations, and FPGA development for the production Firmware team.Awarded US Patent 07209995 for creating efficient connection between modules of removable electronic circuit cards.

Verified design of Audio-Codec and Video-Port modules of “PC on a chip” project, validating designs in production setting. Created validation test plan and managed validation lab tools. Improved production by successfully identifying bugs for resolution.
