Leadership of the worldwide sales team for all Clear-Com and Trilogy business sectors.Develop Sales Strategy - Develop, define and implement go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve business objectives.- Bring key commercial insights to the formulation of a strategic product roadmap for the near and long term.Achieve Sales Objectives - Develop and manage all relevant sales channels includingdistribution, Prime Contractors, representatives and direct accounts.- Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales teams.- Represent the business to the marketplace through direct engagement with Partners, press, and customers.- Deliver revenue and business forecasts.Lead and Manage Staff- Lead and direct worldwide Sales & MAG teams.- Lead and manage direct reports.Provide Operational Leadership- Lead Sales Group operation to achieve optimal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.- Develop and recommend Sales policies and procedures.- Set performance standards, establish metrics, and monitor Sales Group performance.- Efficiently manage and oversee the global Sales budget.
