Over 3 months, I participated in comprehensive classroom training organized by the Asian Banking School (ABS), alongside trainees from other Financial Institutions in Malaysia covering all things matter in the financial services and banking industry, as well as soft skills, leadership, and digital literacy. As part of our UNSDG initiative, I was involved in the "I'm a Caregiver" project, aimed at raising awareness and supporting caregivers. Additionally, I directed the FSTEP Batch 27 graduation videos, leading a team of 15 members through the entire production process, from drafting storylines to overseeing shooting and editing.

I collaborated with curators in the Hospitality and Museum Department to create and develop graphic design materials particularly used for museum exhibitions and gallery enhancement projects. Throughout the internship, I was assigned various tasks including illustrations, video editing, and motion graphics, engaging in multiple discussions, meetings, and presentations to provide insights from a creative perspective. I was credited as one of the designers for several projects, such as the Masih Ada Waktu exhibition and also the Life at BNM event for Bank Negara Malaysia as a whole.

I am responsible for maintaining thorough records of the club's daily transactions, optimizing the revenue-to-expenses ratio to ensure healthy finances throughout the tenure to be primarily used for weekly activities and equipment enhancement, as well as making financial reports for all the club's official activities to the university. I undertake the role, with the approval of all mainboard members, after the resignation of the appointed Financial Controller.

I work closely with all the mainboard members in leading the club's overall operation in terms of planning and coordinating the activities throughout the two semesters, managing and delegating work equally to committees, to align with the club's goals and objectives. I am also entrusted to make critical decisions in the absence of the President. The goal is to keep the club active with various activities from all three hiking, climbing, and running divisions to cater to approximately 800 registered members during the one-year tenure.

I am also entrusted with overseeing the club's social media operation and activities, executing strategies for optimal online engagement for proper club exposure and presence.
