Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at JSTI TRANSFORMERS PVT. LTD, a subsidiary of JST Transformateurs, SAS Lyon. Specializing in manufacturing traction transformers for over 70 years, JST Transformers has earned global recognition, with JSTI being the subsidiary of JST Transformateurs, SAS Lyon is the exclusive supplier of the main traction transformer for the Vande Bharat train.In my current role, I am the principal Sales Manager for the Indian market, overseeing both domestic and export projects. I excel in crafting and negotiating contracts, minimizing risks, and maximizing value for the company. My responsibilities include maintaining and expanding the customer base, identifying business opportunities from rail and metro tenders, and leading pre-bid and post-bid discussions with customers.Prior to my current role, I served as a Project Manager at Synergy Systems & Solutions, contributing to the company's success in industrial automation across various verticals. With expertise in SCADA, RTU, Substation Automation, and Energy Management Systems, I played a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project processes, including bidding, negotiation, and project handover.My career journey also includes roles at Jnet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Deejay System Consultants Pvt.
