 Plays an active role in the strategic and profit planning processes of plant and is expected to give meaningful financial information to all the members of the plant management in order to ensure the plant achieves its financial objectives. Manage net working capital requirements through monitoring and ensuring effective cash flow management and efficient inventory management across the plant. Ensures appropriate application of cost accounting / management for effective decision making and product costing. Analyze profitability, productivity and costs within the plant and provide feedback and reports to the Plant Head. Ensures new quotations and new products are priced properly. Preparing MIS reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and appraise top management of the financial performances along with variance analyses. Credit Control and Receivables Management. Balance confirmation with Customers. Ensure the team is timely updated on regulatory and statutory changes. Ensures that TDS Payments / GST Returns etc. of the Plant are adhered to. Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, monthly accounts closing, and statutory audit etc. activities of the Plant.
