Operations,Leasing & Marketing of the property

• Manage relations with Store Owners and Managers• Liasoning with various government departments and local bodies• Updating & monitoring maintenance schedule, timely completion of routine maintenance (Daily, Weekly) of chiller plants, D.G sets, L.T/H.T panels, pump rooms, fire panels by technical staff, VFM Asset management and tracking of AMCs.• Conducting regular audit and maintaining log of all maintenance/improvements required• Recovery of monthly bills of maintenance, electricity and rent.• Developing annual Event calendar along with budgeting for mall• Supervise housekeeping staff & ensure quality control• Handle various admin issues such as security related issues, control of casual visitors, Parking of vehicles• Ensured tenant management complied with company regulation & procedure• Assigned duties and shifts to workers and observe performances to ensure adherence to Mall policies • Maintained better business rapport with tenant shops by conducting regular visits.• Responsible for building maintenance repair & services• Developed and implemented programs or ideas to further improve and enhance the level of Service• Achievement of employee satisfaction & retention goals for department

•Responsible for entire Mall Management, Leasing & Marketing, Event organization , Branding & Selling Retail space & Kiosk in Malls, Security & House Keeping Management. •Coordinating with House Keeping & Security Agencies & ensuring smooth running of daily operations of Mall•Preparing Daily Management Report & Analyzing of Monthly Mall budget, Incomes & expenses.•Analyzing Market scenario & preparing Area Statement, Rent Proforma, Zoning, Positioning, Category Mix for Malls•Negotiate the best deals & rentals in the specified location as per client Performa•Pitching & generating leads, execution & closing marketing & retail transaction•Responsible for Documentations like Master Sheets, MIS, Rent Proforma, Monthly MMR, Quarterly reports, Weekly Progress Reports, House Keeping & Security checklist & documentations etc.•To be in constant touch with both the Developers and Retailers to develop and maintain lasting business relationships with key partners at CEO, VP and director level at client organizations•Establish understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business..
