Sales and Lead Generation: • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base in both international and domestic markets. • Lead international sales and marketing efforts, from generating leads to converting inquiries into successful sales orders.3. Territory Management: • Manage the complete export and domestic sales and marketing activities within a designated geographic area.4. Logistics and Negotiations: • Collaborate with freight forwarders to negotiate competitive rates and maintain a list of approved Customs House Agents (CHA). • Oversee the handling of export documentation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers and banks.5. Product Development: • Work closely with technical teams at customer facilities to support new product development, including lab-scale testing, pilot batch trials, and bulk-scale trials.6. Coordination and Communication: • Ensure seamless coordination with the plant team to meet production and dispatch timelines, meeting all customer-specific requirements for each order.7. Publicity and Reporting: • Represent the company at exhibitions and events to promote products and services. • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports, presenting sales data effectively through PPT presentations.8. Customer Engagement: • Establish a strong rapport with customers, occasionally traveling to meet them in person and nurture business relationships.
