I have over 30 years of professional working experience across the Engineering, Mining, Life Sciences & IT sectors in India. For the last 20 years, I have held leadership positions for Multinational Companies (from Australia, UK and USA) operating within the country, where in addition to my business responsibilities I have been on the company boards for their local entities. I have always been driven by a strong passion to deliver results, focusing on the commercial value being created, while continuing to demonstrate an unflinching commitment to the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Productivity & Corporate Governance. What really worked well for me was my unquenchable appetite to challenge status quo and embrace a path of continuing professional development, even if that meant I had to step out of my immediate zone of comfort.In terms of academic qualifications, I am a Mechanical Engineer with a post-graduation in International Business. Currently I hold memberships at both the Institute Of Chartered Engineers and the Institute Of Directors. I am also an Executive Coach, certified by Erickson International, Canada.
