• Responsible for timely closure of open positions as per the set timelines• Responsible for generating quality footfalls through walk-ins, Channel partners, campus or other sources• Seek out new recruiting trends and techniques and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.• Develop a strong understanding of core skills in the marketing, communications and digital agency space.
