In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing all HR Talent Management activities including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, L & D, Employee Life Cycle, R & R and Digitization of HR Processes. I played a pivotal role in streamlining mass recruitment processes, driving L & D initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning & skill enhancement.In my earlier roles, I held positions at esteemed organizations such as ICICI Bank Limited, Dishnet Wireless Ltd (Aircel) and Redington India. These experiences provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the financial industry and Services sector. It helped me to improve my skills in customer relationship management, business generation and driving organizational success & client satisfaction.Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy organizing events and participating in sports such as Cricket & Football.
