With an MBA in International Business from IIFT, Delhi, and a B.Tech from NIT Warangal, my corporate journey began as a sales executive in Kanpur.Recognized as the best sales executive, I was entrusted with starting new business operations for Kirloskar Electric in Dubai/MENA region. My passion for creating and growing startup businesses in India and Europe led me to roles with GE Power Controls, Havells-Sylvania, Actuant, Samtel Avionics, and eventually to leading as a Country Manager for Simon business in India.I've crafted the R.A.M.B.O System (Reading, Accelerated learning, Mental models, Better decisions, and Optimism) to navigate the dynamic business world. This approach enhances decision-making and fosters long-lasting strategic relationships and mergers built on trust and transparency.During my 30+ years in International business development, I've excelled in developing global strategic relationships and securing breakthrough sales orders from major OEMs like Boeing and Curtis Wright. I've also played a pivotal role in the global strategic acquisition and post-merger integration of the US$300 million Sylvania group by Havells.I remain dedicated to achieving what I manifest, driven by the belief that with the right mindset and unwavering belief, anything is possible.
