• Working as a key link between the client (Tally) and the company.• Responsible for smooth running of all operational activities of Tally in the territory.• Developing new business approaches for company’s business portfolio expansion.• Designing and implementing new revenue generation activities to increase branch profit.• Oversee how to deliver assigned activities within deadlines with desired perfection.• Regularly communicate with sales partners of Tally to execute sales boosting activities.• Meeting Tally sales partners to discuss about their business plans and how to achieve them. • Overseeing and managing daily activities of branch for their timely accomplishment. • Conduct performance reviews meetings with Tally and internal team to track activities.• Plan and schedule the monthly training calendar post discussion with produce trainer.• Delivering various skill trainings to Indian and international (Dubai) participants.• Tracking of Tally partner meetings and trainings done and maintain their records.• Establishing strong relations with Tally officials and partners to generate advisory revenue.• Preparing and forwarding required reports to Tally officials and company management.
