I work as a Project Engineer For Engineering Design Consultancy. Experience in preparation of RFI, Mechanical Tender, Design Basis, Technical Specification, RCA Report, Feasibility Report, Experience in TBE, Vendor offer/Drawing Review. Good experience in design calculation for Mechanical Material Handling Equipment's, Cement Mill, Coal mill, Pre-heater, Kiln, Cooler, Bag filter, fan, AFR system, WHRS system, Mining Industry, Crusher House. Hands on experience in AutoCAD 2D, Solid Work 3D, ANSYS, Design IS code, ASME, DIN standard.WHAT I LEARN IN MY PROFESSION:-1) Design Aspects and Hand on Calculation, To understand the Critical things and react on innovative way. Preparation of Equipment Technical Specification data sheets, RFQ, review QAP documents, Vendor Drawing checking and Approval, Civil/Structural drawing review for Mechanical Concurrence. Work on Plant layout, GA drawing, Equipment GA drawings. Venting and Dedusting Piping layout. 2) Experience in detail Engineering of material handling equipment like belt conveyors, Bucket elevator, Weight feeder, pan Conveyors. To make Belt Conveyors design as per CEMA(Conveyors Equipment Manufacturing Association) and Indian Standard Code 11592. 3) Detail Engineering of brown and green field Plant. Having good understanding Mechanical Equipment's Like of Pre-heater, Kiln, Bag house, Coal mill, Cement mill, Raw mill, Hot gases ducting, AFR system, WHRS system, Cyclone, Separator, Diverted gate, Slide gate, pin gates, Airslide, Bag filter, Fan, Hopper, RCC Silo, Material Handling Equipment's, Rotary Equipment's, Stacker and Reclaimer, Truck tippling, wagon Tippling, Bucket Feeding and Extraction system, Cement packing plant, Blender Building, Rotary packer, dust suppression system, Pneumatic Conveying system, Bulker unloading system, Chutes and Dedusting. 5) To prepare the Procurement specifications data sheets for client Purchase order. To prepare conceptual flow sheets, Equipment sheets, Plant and Equipment Floor plans and Review/Approval on drawings.
